P900 PVC Adhesive

P900 is a one or two part polyurethane adhesive with high heat resistance and bond strength.

P900 is designed as a low odour adhesive. When used with the relevant wipes or halogenation primer excellent results can be obtained on polyurethane, PVC and TPR.

All leather surfaces should be adequately roughed.

PVC and polyurethane surfaces should be solvent wiped using Nordale PW Solvent to remove any surface contamination.

Typical Properties:

Appearance: Clear colourless liquid.

Viscosity: Brushable liquid.

Coverage: Approx. 3-4 m2 per litre

Instructions:

• Apply a coating to both vinyl surfaces and allow to dry to a touch feel state.
• Heat activate surfaces to approximately 80*C.
• Align the substrates and combine, then press or roll to complete bond.
• Full strength will not be achieved for 24hours.
